A B&Co. Branding Case Study
B&Co. Branding was hired by Maison Twenty Seven, an historic 38-room hotel in Santa Monica, to lead its rebranding and conversion from a Palihouse to an independent property. The challenge was to build upon the building's rich Mediterranean Revival character and create a new visual identity that would honor its history while establishing a distinct, tranquil brand experience for guests.
The solution implemented by B&Co. included name development, a comprehensive visual identity, and environmental branding. The new design drew inspiration from the 1920s architecture, incorporating custom iconography, a palette of warm creams and deep greens, and design cues from vintage perfume labels. B&Co. delivered a relaxed yet refined atmosphere across all touchpoints, including printed collateral, signage, and website design, resulting in an undeniably memorable and cohesive brand experience for the hotel.
