Sarasota Bradenton International Airport - Customer Case Study

SRQ Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, a rapidly growing airport, faced significant operational strain due to a massive surge in passenger traffic. Their reliance on manual processes and disparate systems made it difficult to manage gate allocation and keep passenger information accurate. The airport turned to AeroCloud Systems for its intelligent Airport Management System (iAMS) to address these scaling challenges.

AeroCloud implemented multiple cloud-native modules, including Gate Management (GMS), Common Use Passenger Processing (CUPPS), and Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS). This provided a central source of truth for all operations, automated key processes, and delivered real-time data to passengers and stakeholders. As a result, SRQ was able to scale its capacity drastically, handling 4.3 million passengers in 2024 through the same 12 gates that processed only 1.2 million in 2019, avoiding the need for a costly physical expansion.
