Williams & Co, a leading plumbing and heating merchant in the South of England, faced challenges with their outdated Magento store which could not keep pace with customer needs or growing competition. They partnered with the vendor 9xb to develop a new trade-only eCommerce platform that could integrate with their existing ERP system.

9xb implemented a Progressive Web App (PWA) using their Peracto eCommerce platform. The solution provided trade-specific functionality, including account validation, a self-service finance module, a quotes tool, and deep integration with the Kerridge ERP. This resulted in a 46% increase in online revenue and a 41% increase in transactions for the customer.
