Fulton County Schools boosts phonics mastery from 63% to 92% with 95 Percent Group Inc.

Fulton County Schools faced a challenge with many of its schools not producing strong readers and needed a change to improve literacy outcomes. The district partnered with vendor 95 Percent Group Inc. to implement the One95 Literacy Ecosystem™, a structured literacy approach grounded in the science of reading.

The solution involved careful planning and collaborative work among school leaders and teachers. As a result of using the 95 Phonics Core Program®, one teacher reported student mastery jumping from 63% to 92% across assessments, putting the class on track to hit the 95 Percent Group goal of 95% of students reading on grade level.
