Teva Pharmaceuticals, a global leader in medicines with 40,000 employees, needed a more meaningful and sustainable way to support learning and development across its R&D organization. The team had been producing a high volume of compliance training and wanted to move beyond traditional read-and-sign SOPs by using 7taps Microlearning to make training more engaging, accessible, and easier to retain.

7taps helped Teva create short, scenario-based microlearning pieces that reinforced key objectives, embedded into Articulate Rise courses, shared through an LXP gallery and SharePoint, and delivered via QR codes for on-site access. Teva reported that this approach made dry compliance training more lively, supported professional development and difficult-conversation training, and improved flexibility with reminders and on-the-go review; the company also plans to extend 7taps into onboarding, mobile learning, games, and inspection-readiness training.
