Johnson & Johnson engages 130,000 employees with 7taps Microlearning

Johnson & Johnson, a Fortune 500 healthcare corporation with 130,000 employees, sought to enhance its corporate communication and support change management initiatives. The challenge was to integrate learning into the workflow of a global workforce and shift a legacy learning culture. To address this, they partnered with vendor 7taps Microlearning to implement a microlearning strategy.

The solution from 7taps involved placing QR codes linked to microlearning content in high-traffic areas like elevators and cafeterias, allowing employees to engage in "2 Minutes to Knowledge" sessions during natural waiting moments. 7taps was also used for event announcements and pre- and post-session assessments to build familiarity. Early results from pilot programs showed promising engagement and increasing adoption during company-wide initiatives, successfully building a sustainable shift in how employees access learning opportunities.
