Enhancing existing training strategy with microlearning

Geosyntec, a full-service consulting and engineering firm, wanted to strengthen its existing training strategy and make field and leadership learning more accessible and reusable. The company used 7taps Microlearning to support training reinforcement, job aids, and field worker training, especially for turning “how-to” lessons into easier-to-follow mobile-friendly content.

With 7taps Microlearning, Geosyntec converted field engineers’ training lessons into checklists, embedded them in LMS learning modules, and created popular job aids such as a video-based guide for setting up testing equipment. The team also planned to use 7taps for leadership reminders and quiz-based feedback between monthly sessions, helping them deliver content much faster than building a similar mobile-first experience in Storyline.
