Case Study: UNICEF creates inclusive job aids with 7taps Microlearning

A 7taps Microlearning Case Study

Preview of the UNICEF Case Study

Delivering job aids with 7taps around 24 countries

UNICEF, the United Nations Children’s Fund, needed a way to create guidance and job aids for country offices around the world in a format that was easier to digest than dense reports and PDFs. Working with 7taps Microlearning and its microlearning platform, the team wanted to support inclusive, context-aware learning for a global audience with different languages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds.

7taps Microlearning helped UNICEF build short micro-courses and job aids on topics like digital asset selection, curriculum mapping, and inclusive content design. The solution made it easier to translate materials, use AI characters, and create more accessible, representative learning content, while supporting 46 languages on the Learning Passport platform. The main result was faster, clearer, and more engaging guidance that UNICEF could share widely across country offices to improve usability and reach.
