Numerize, a French DocTech and Enterprise SaaS company with over 6,000 clients, needed to modernize its 17-year-old electronic document management platform. Their challenge was to rebuild the customer-facing application to be fully responsive and integrate modern billing and e-signature features without disrupting their existing, mission-critical OCR and document archiving pipelines. The vendor, 7Code, was tasked with this responsive overhaul.

7Code rebuilt the platform's front end using React and Material-UI, creating a responsive web application that works across phone, tablet, and desktop. They integrated YouSign for multi-signatory digital signatures and implemented a tiered Stripe subscription system with 3D Secure and a bank-transfer fallback. The solution successfully delivered a modernized user experience while preserving the core OCR invoice training and archival functionality, ensuring the platform remained reliable for its extensive enterprise, hospital, and public administration client base.
