Cloud of Legacy launches secure digital-heritage MVP in 8 months with 7code

7Code partnered with Cloud of Legacy, a German consumer SaaS company in the Digital Heritage space. The challenge was to build a highly secure cloud platform where customers could store sensitive personal data and designate heirs for inheritance access. This required meeting an exceptionally high trust bar for data privacy and identity verification, all within a fixed budget and timeline for an MVP.

The solution implemented by 7Code was an eight-month project using Keycloak with two-factor authentication for security and a Next.js and React front end. They built a tiered subscription model and a clear two-trustee access system for inheritance. The result was the successful launch of the Cloud of Legacy MVP, which led to an ongoing engagement with 7Code for continued maintenance and feature development.
