Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India (MBRDI) opened its new 38,000 sq. ft. R&D center in Bangalore with a focus on occupant comfort, energy efficiency, and remote facility management. To support its “Gurukul” learning floor, the company needed a unified automation solution for HVAC, lighting, indoor air quality, and energy visibility across training rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet areas. 75F was selected to provide a vertically integrated platform combining HVAC control & automation, lighting control & automation, iBMS, energy management, and remote management.
75F implemented a customized solution using Dynamic Airflow Balancing, Dynamic Chilled Water Balancing, Smart Stat sensors, an Occupant App, and Facilisight analytics to control AHUs, VRFs, TFAs, lighting, and fresh air based on occupancy, schedules, and real-time conditions. The result was up to 25% monthly savings on HVAC and lighting energy, along with improved thermal comfort, better air quality, stronger occupant experience, and greater operational efficiency for the Mercedes-Benz facilities team.
