LTIMindtree, working from a 30,000-square-foot office with more than 50 rooms and large glass windows, faced major temperature swings that made personal comfort difficult to maintain. The building’s existing control system was not adequately solving the issue, so the company needed a better way to manage comfort across the workspace.

75F implemented its Dynamic Airflow Balancing solution, installing 50 internet-connected sensors, 70 smart dampers, and wireless room modules throughout the office. The system created more granular temperature control, improved visibility, and automatically adjusted heating and cooling to balance comfort with energy savings, with measurable results including indistinguishable desired vs. current temperatures during occupied and unoccupied periods, shorter overnight run times, and reduced power use.
