Energy Efficiency Resources (EER), a U.S.-based energy solutions contractor, wanted to grow revenue by using a local utility’s rebate program for advanced rooftop control (ARC). After trying two other control options, EER found one was too expensive for the incentive and the other lacked the capabilities needed to complete all targeted jobs. EER needed an affordable wireless controls solution that could fit the program without adding out-of-pocket cost for customers, and turned to 75F’s Outside Air Optimization (OAO).

75F implemented Outside Air Optimization (OAO), which gave EER a prescriptive, utility-approved solution with advanced economizer and demand control ventilation capabilities. The wireless, 900 MHz mesh network simplified installation on difficult sites like multi-building shopping centers, while improving efficiency, comfort, and IAQ. With 75F, EER plans to scale to 30 installations per week and expects annual revenue to increase by 40% compared with last year.
