Cyprus Classical Academy, a private school for gifted children in Burnsville, Minnesota, faced dramatic temperature imbalances, hot and cold spots, and stale air throughout its 13,534-square-foot facility. To help address these HVAC issues, 75F provided its cloud-based building intelligence solution, including Dynamic Airflow Balancing and Outside Air Optimization.

75F implemented Dynamic Airflow Balancing across 22 zones and Outside Air Optimization in 3 zones, using Smart Node controllers and temperature/humidity sensors to continuously adjust conditions and monitor indoor air quality. The result was more even temperatures, improved comfort, better airflow, and CO2 levels kept under 1,000 ppm; the installation also gave students a hands-on STEM learning experience while demonstrating 75F’s easy-to-install, energy-efficient technology.
