Amazing Lash Studio, a fast-growing premium eyelash extension franchise, needed precise comfort control for its new Minnesota locations. With 160 studios already open and more planned, the customer faced challenges from solar gain in the lobby, varying temperatures across spaces, and the need to tightly manage humidity and temperature in individual lash rooms. They turned to 75F for a building automation solution that could support zoned environmental control in a new buildout.

75F implemented Outside Air Optimization and VAV Zoning using Smart Node and Remote Temperature & Humidity Sensors, all managed through Facilisight web and mobile apps. The system gave Amazing Lash Studio precise control over five zones, improved comfort, and lowered installation and operating costs compared with traditional zone systems. According to the case study, the system also ran itself with minimal daily oversight and helped keep humidity in check while using free outside air when possible.
