Truck Storage Yard faced a shortage of commercial vehicle parking in California and needed a way to run an unmanned, investor-ready facility without full-time on-site staff. Owner Susan deployed 6Storage alongside a PTI Gate System integration to automate rentals, gate access, and lease management so tenants could self-serve using their mobile devices.

6Storage was implemented as the central platform—integrated with PTI gates and SendGrid—so tenants can rent via the website, e-sign leases, pay online (including autopay), and receive invoice reminders and entry notifications. The result: move-ins now take a few minutes, the site operates 24/7 with real-time access and reports, on-site supervisors were largely eliminated, tenant retention improved, and investor interest increased thanks to the streamlined, automated operation.
