LAZ Parking’s Virtual Benefits Fair & Open Enrollment With 6Connex

LAZ Parking, one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing parking companies, faced the challenge of guiding a geographically dispersed, largely mobile workforce through complex open enrollment benefits. To ensure clear, consistent communication and make enrollment accessible for employees who are often away from desks, LAZ Parking partnered with 6Connex and used the 100% HTML5 6Connex virtual event platform to host their Virtual Benefits Fair & Open Enrollment.

Using the 6Connex platform, LAZ Parking ran twice-daily live sessions for three weeks with recorded presentations available on demand, interactive booths for medical, dental, and vision options, real-time HR chat, and direct links to enrollment and claims forms—enabling a largely paperless process. The virtual event engaged 721 attendees, generated 1,325 total content views and 1,441 booth entries, and achieved an average session duration of 2:13:32, demonstrating improved access, consistent messaging, and higher employee engagement through 6Connex.
