Hootsuite holds its most successful online event ever thanks to 6Connex

Hootsuite needed to improve the attendee experience for its global, 24-hour virtual conference, Connect Via Hootsuite. The company engaged 6Connex and used the 6Connex HTML5 virtual event platform to support a device-agnostic experience across desktop, tablets, and smartphones and to host 29 seminars and 16 staffed booths.

6Connex delivered the virtual environment with Marketo integration and hands-on support; Hootsuite recorded 6,500 unique live attendees, 45,000 content views, and 14,000 booth entries, plus 2,000+ additional attendees and nearly 7,500 extra content views in the two months after the event. Event Net Promoter Score jumped from 63 to 80, the program generated thousands of leads and influenced hundreds of sales-ready opportunities, and Hootsuite credited 6Connex’s proactive service and functionality for the success.
