AHEAD brings 1,100 employees together for company kickoff through 6Connex

AHEAD, a technology consultancy with more than 1,100 employees, needed to replace its in-person annual company kickoff during the COVID-19 pandemic with a polished virtual experience that would keep staff engaged, celebrate recent acquisitions, and spark excitement for 2021 without overwhelming attendees. To achieve those goals, AHEAD partnered with 6Connex and its virtual event platform to design an immersive, branded alternative to their typical in-person meeting.

6Connex provided a dedicated project manager, best-practice guidance, and a three-day branded on‑demand event (January 19–21, 2021) with pre-recorded sessions, custom rooms, evening entertainment, and engagement features that enabled one‑to‑one interactions.
