Boden, the online retailer, was struggling with high cart abandonment on bodenusa.com: about 70 percent of shoppers left items in their carts without purchasing, and its existing triggered email program wasn’t identifying enough abandoners for effective follow-up. To address this challenge, Boden turned to 4Cite and its Consumer Insights & Interaction Hub to improve abandon cart and abandon browse marketing.

4Cite implemented targeted, highly personalized emails and product recommendations using real-time shopper identification and behavioral data, helping Boden reach more visitors and engage them at the right moment.
