Plow & Hearth, a multichannel retailer of home, hearth, yard, and garden products, worked with 4Cite to solve a key challenge: identifying new website visitors and re-engaging inactive customers who were no longer responding to daily email campaigns. The company wanted to improve shopper identification and personalize engagement across catalog, retail, and online channels.
