jClub, an online marketplace for deal-seeking shoppers, was seeing record website traffic but struggled to accurately identify visitors and convert that interest into sales. After working with a 4Cite competitor and not seeing the expected conversions, jClub needed a better way to reengage shoppers and drive more revenue.
4Cite implemented its website visitor identification and triggered email capabilities, including Shopping Elsewhere™ and later Live Content™, without requiring changes to jClub’s existing ESP setup. In a 30-day trial, 4Cite identified 89% of daily traffic and delivered a 123.90% lift in abandoned cart, with reactivation open rates ranging from 4% to 21%, convincing jClub to switch and expand its use of 4Cite.
