SAP sought a more effective way to support its demand generation search engine marketing campaigns and improve the customer journey. To do that, SAP’s media agency, Resolution Media, worked with 4C Insights and its 4C TV Synced Ads product.

4C TV Synced Ads delivered paid search ads at the same time SAP ads were airing on TV. The approach produced 24% higher click-through rates, a 26% reduction in cost per click, 13% longer time on landing pages, and a 6% lower bounce rate. Search campaigns paired with TV advertising were also 26% more likely to become a lead at a 15% lower cost, leading Resolution Media to make 4C TV Synced Ads a core part of SAP’s search campaigns.
