bofrost* is a family-owned European market leader in direct sales of ice cream and frozen specialties, serving 4.1 million customers across 11 countries. Faced with strict, country-specific food labeling laws, growing customer demands for detailed product information, and a massive multilingual print workload, the company needed to harmonize product data and processes across markets — managing some 300–400 data points per product and huge volumes of catalogs, brochures and packaging assets.

To solve this, bofrost* implemented the 4ALLPORTAL PIM & DAM solution with partner Laudert, creating 21 PIM modules and a centralized “single source of truth” that links 130,000+ assets, 400+ badges and 4,500 recipes to products in 16 languages. Automated workflows and print/content automation (including priint:suite integration) sped up data availability and publication, improved consistency across channels, reduced manual effort, and enabled more targeted customer communications while keeping the catalog as a core sales medium.
