Rheinhessen-Touristik GmbH and Rheinhessenwein e.V. promote Germany’s largest wine region, working with over 2,000 wineries to develop sustainable tourism and regional experiences. They faced inefficiencies from two outdated systems (a Joomla media library and a separate brand platform): media was scattered, searches were slow, approvals were manual, file sharing relied on WeTransfer, and rights management was unclear.
To solve this they implemented 4ALLPORTAL as a central DAM to manage 12,000 assets for press, marketing and external partners (274 registered users). Key features—uploader integration, e-ticket media sharing, IPTC support, keyword search, trademark request/workflow and partner content sharing—streamlined approvals, clarified rights, sped up search and distribution, reduced staff workload, and strengthened consistent branding and regional collaboration.
