Epicor Software, a global leader in enterprise resource planning and retail solutions, partnered with 454 Creative for the design and onsite production of their annual Epicor Insights Customer Conference. The challenge was to create a cohesive visual theme and manage all aspects of the event's branding and production for over 4,000 attendees in Las Vegas.

454 Creative designed over 500 unique print pieces and managed the mobile app UX. Their onsite solution included content creation for a large LED video wall, live streaming, photography, video production, and a photo booth. The results provided Epicor with a vast library of edited photos, over 40 customer videos, and podcast audio for global marketing, solidifying 454 Creative's role as a trusted partner for over 12 years.
