Meow Wolf Improves Customer Engagement with 42Gears UEM

Meow Wolf, a Santa Fe–based arts and entertainment collective known for immersive installations and audio tours, used Samsung KNOX Android tablets for guest experiences and needed a way to lock those customer-facing devices to a single app, disable hardware keys, and ensure they only connected to a specified network. To meet these requirements they evaluated solutions and selected the 42Gears UEM Solution.

42Gears implemented its UEM to restrict app and network access, disable hardware keys, and enable rapid feedback and rollouts, with a trial allowing Meow Wolf to test features before purchase. As a result, Meow Wolf launched audio tours across multiple devices while ensuring visitors only accessed whitelisted apps and approved networks, couldn’t reach system settings, and could receive fixes and updates within hours—delivering faster deployments and improved guest engagement.
