Leading UAE School Digitizes Learning with the Help of 42Gears

The Knowledge Hub, a UAE-based education firm, worked with 42Gears to help Al Dhafra Private School deploy Android tablets to students and teachers. The challenge was keeping students focused and ensuring the devices stayed secure and up to date, since students were installing games and social media apps, missing app updates, and having difficulty receiving files consistently.

42Gears implemented SureMDM and SureLock to manage the tablets remotely with kiosk-style restrictions. Using location and time fences, app updates, and File Store, The Knowledge Hub was able to limit devices to approved learning apps on campus, push updates silently, and share files more easily. The result was significantly improved student focus, less manual device prep, and a scalable setup for managing up to 300 Lenovo tablets.
