Innovative Trials, a provider of patient recruitment and retention services to pharma and CROs, needed to deploy Android devices for children at 70 clinic locations in the U.S. within six weeks while preventing misuse and enabling controlled web access. Lacking prior large-scale device rollout experience, they turned to 42Gears and its products (SureLock, SureMDM and SureFox) to meet the tight timeline and automation requirements.

42Gears implemented a kiosk solution using SureLock, centralized device management and automation with SureMDM, and controlled browsing via SureFox; the team validated scenarios in-house and automated provisioning. The vendor’s tools allowed Innovative Trials to ship the first device and complete rollout on schedule (six weeks) across 70 sites, enable remote support and faster handling of follow-on requests, and deliver a robust lockdown and management setup for their client.
