IndiGo, India’s largest airline, needed a way to securely monitor and manage the barcode-scanning devices used across busy airports. With devices sometimes losing charge, experiencing weak signal, or being misused for games and social media, the airline turned to 42Gears and its SureMDM and SureLock solutions to improve control, security, and efficiency.

42Gears implemented SureMDM for remote troubleshooting, analytics, and role-based admin access, while SureLock restricted devices to only essential apps. As a result, IndiGo sped up device repairs, improved customer service, and sharply reduced mobile data costs by preventing off-task usage.
