Device and App Management was never this easy for SmartLiberty

SmartLiberty, a Switzerland-based provider of integrated long-term care mobile solutions, supplies secure smartphones with specialized apps to caregivers and residents. They faced major scalability and update challenges—Google Play allowed only one app version and updates were performed manually—so SmartLiberty engaged 42Gears and deployed 42Gears UEM, including SureMDM and SureLock, on Samsung KNOX Android devices.

42Gears implemented remote Installation Jobs, SureMDM profiles and Remote Control plus SureLock lockdown to silently install/update apps, configure devices remotely, and troubleshoot offsite. The result: app updates dropped from a day to 5 minutes, device management scaled from a dozen to over a thousand devices, and secure device pooling reduced security risks and operational costs while enabling fast, efficient support.
