Apex Laboratories, a leading Indian manufacturer of multi-vitamin and mineral supplements, needed a better way to manage a fleet of Lenovo Tab K10 devices used by its Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives across Pan-India. The company faced challenges with device inventory management, time-consuming provisioning, limited app and content control, and inconsistent user productivity. 42Gears’ SureMDM, along with SureLock and SureFox, was used to help address these issues.

42Gears implemented SureMDM with kiosk mode, integrated browser controls, remote app installation, troubleshooting, and remote content management to secure and streamline device usage. As a result, Apex Laboratories reduced unauthorized use of third-party and social media apps, improved device performance and response times, and increased PSR productivity, reflected in higher visit counts and order bookings. The solution also helped cut IT man-hours and overhead costs associated with provisioning, troubleshooting, and shipping.
