A2D24, a Gauteng-based technology start-up, faced the challenge of managing a fleet of ambulances equipped with tablets while improving dispatch visibility and reducing response times. The customer needed to lockdown devices so only authorized apps could be used and to remotely access and update devices for support; they turned to 42Gears and its solutions SureLock and SureMDM to meet these requirements.
