Texas Health Huguley Hospital Continues to Roll Out 3xLOGIC Access Control System Expansion

Texas Health Huguley Hospital, part of the Adventist Health System near Ft. Worth, faced complex security and privacy challenges typical of a busy hospital—protecting staff, patients and newborns while meeting HIPAA requirements. After struggling with highly proprietary access systems, the hospital wanted an open, flexible solution that reduced reliance on physical keys and gave them more control during installation and programming.

They deployed 3xLOGIC’s infinias access control across campus—currently managing about 75 doors with plans for 170—using networked and standalone modules for remote buildings. After 3xLOGIC training, staff now handle installation and programming in-house, easily expand access by groups and schedules (including Outlook sync), quickly review event logs, and benefit from modular resilience so a single module failure affects only one door.
