Denver E-470 Public Highway Authority Relies on 3xLOGIC Access Control to Manage 47 Miles of Tollroads

The E-470 Public Highway Authority, which operates a 47-mile toll beltway around the Denver metropolitan area, needed to centralize access control across a dispersed network of facilities and toll booths. After evaluating options in late 2014, the Authority selected 3xLOGIC’s infinias PROFESSIONAL to replace and upgrade its existing system.

The infinias solution now manages 129 doors across 34 exit-ramp toll collector stations (now fully automated), four support buildings, five toll plazas, parking gates and headquarters, supporting roughly 444 users organized into 37 access groups. Installation was smooth, the browser-based system is user-friendly and flexible, offers two-tier administration and remote access, and has expanded the Authority’s capabilities beyond the previous system.
