Bradley Business Center Deploys 3xLOGIC infinias CLOUD Access Control Across Major Redevelopment Project

Bradley Business Center, a 500,000+ sq. ft., 22-acre redevelopment on Chicago’s north side offering shared office space and amenities, needed a flexible, easy-to-manage access control solution as tenants and common areas were added. Property managers did not want an on-site server and required a system that could start small and scale as new offices, amenities and tenants joined.

HTML Global deployed 3xLOGIC’s infinias CLOUD to manage 43 doors across BBC and tenant spaces, using the existing Ethernet/PoE network so both organizations can administer access independently. The cloud system delivered granular, zone-based control, simple expansion from a single door to hundreds, remote management and lower upfront capital expense—resulting in streamlined installation, easier day-to-day administration and scalable security for the complex.
