3xLOGIC Deploys Video Verification to Secure 13 John Deere Dealerships

Hutson Inc., a John Deere dealership group with 13 locations, needed to secure a large Paducah, KY site—featuring an 88,000 sq. ft. display lot and a 14,000 sq. ft. building—while still allowing customers to browse equipment after hours. Protecting expansive outdoor inventory and preventing nuisance alarms from wind or animals were primary challenges.

Sonitrol of Evansville installed a networked solution combining impact-activated audio, a burglar/intrusion panel, and 3xLOGIC video verification (VISIX cameras), all armed from a single keypad. More than 100 cameras now cover all 13 sites, with yard-cord and perimeter motion triggers feeding verified video to live operators, which has cut false alarms, enabled real-time confirmation of moved equipment, and provided remote app access; plans call for adding 3xLOGIC thermal imagers and analytics to further improve detection.
