CommonWealth Partners, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment and management company, faced security challenges at its 560 Mission property in San Francisco, where a small weekend staff had to monitor 28 analog cameras across a 31-story, 665,000-square-foot building. Theft and vagrant activity were major concerns, and the team needed a system that could work with existing cameras while supporting future IP upgrades.

3VR, installed by W. Bradley Electric using a 3VR P-Series hybrid video recorder, provided an intuitive video platform with forensic search and thumbnail “event cards.” Within minutes, security staff with no formal training found the attempted theft footage, downloaded six clips for police, and identified the suspect when he returned, leading to an arrest. 3VR dramatically reduced search time and improved the building’s ability to support investigations and future video analytics.
