Its existing video system was difficult to search and lacked tools to flag known offenders, making investigations slow and limiting staff’s ability to enforce store policies.

3VR, working with Loss Prevention Services, implemented the 3VR Video Intelligence Platform with facial surveillance, license plate recognition, and case management. The solution sped up investigations by 100% and more than doubled video search speed, while helping Canadian Tire deter repeat offenders, secure its lock-up, and verify vehicle access to the service station.
