The Online Women’s Apparel Company worked with 3Q Digital to scale Google Shopping revenue while maintaining performance goals. The challenge was managing a large, fast-changing catalog of more than 50,000 products and improving control over bidding and query mapping for the most important items.

3Q Digital implemented an Alpha Beta structure for Google Shopping campaigns, using ROAS and volume to prioritize Alpha products and continuously reassessing products based on seasonality and inventory. The result was strong growth with limited efficiency loss: spend increased 109% year over year, revenue rose 81%, orders grew 68%, ROAS declined only 14%, CPCs increased just 4%, and conversion rate fell 17%.
