TINYpulse, an employee engagement platform that helps companies improve culture and employee happiness, wanted to improve conversion volume and campaign efficiency across its SEM efforts. 3Q Digital was brought in to restructure the search campaign and expand performance beyond search into broader digital channels.

3Q Digital implemented an Alpha/Beta keyword structure with SKAGs, negative lists, and then a Facebook lookalike audience strategy using TINYpulse’s customer database. The result was a 99% lift in conversion volume in SEM, with brand conversions up 49%, non-brand conversions up over 6,000%, and CPA 84% under target; the Facebook phase added a 62.5% increase in total conversions, a 7% decrease in CPA, a 208% increase in clicks, and a 333% increase in impressions.
