Blurb, a self-publishing platform, worked with 3Q Digital to increase traffic conversion on its Bookify online photo book design tool. The challenge was that users were dropping off after clicking the “make a book online” link from a landing page, reducing the number of tool starts.

3Q Digital’s CRO and Decision Sciences teams analyzed the user path, identified friction points, and simplified the experience by directing users more directly to Bookify. Using an A/B test in Optimizely over 14 days, 3Q Digital delivered a 24% increase in Bookify tool starts at 98% statistical significance, while also generating UX insights that could be applied site-wide.
