3Pillar Global conducted user research and rapidly developed the CARFAX Total Loss Valuation desktop application. The solution provided a robust, granular dataset and intuitive interface, enabling claims adjusters to evaluate a vehicle’s value far faster and more accurately. This allowed insurers to close claims more quickly, improving their productivity and getting customers into new vehicles faster, while the integrated data also helped car owners easily find similar used cars to purchase.
