Shippers Express Truck Lines is a Dallas-based private and common carrier (29 trucks) serving manufacturing, foodservice and grocery customers nationwide. The company struggled with a legacy TMS (MercuryGate) and a third-party reseller that made integrations, workflow changes and reporting slow, costly and inflexible — leaving key programs, like its LTL shared-savings initiative, hard to scale because calculations and processes were manual.

Shippers Express moved to 3G‑TM, leveraging its flexible Integration Hub, optimization engine and configurable invoicing to automate rate management, billing, visibility and reporting.
