Neoen, a leading French independent producer of renewable energy, sought to increase its financial capacity by selling two of its solar power plants in France. To facilitate this farm-down transaction, Neoen appointed 3E to perform a comprehensive vendor due diligence on the assets to ensure their technical and operational readiness for sale.

3E implemented a multi-faceted technical due diligence solution.
