The Burundi Association of Manufacturers (AIB) sought to explore the potential for rooftop solar PV installations on industrial sites across the country. They engaged 3E to conduct a comprehensive techno-economic feasibility study for this initiative.
3E executed a detailed feasibility study, which included data collection, irradiation modeling, PV system design, and a techno-economic assessment for 45 company sites. Working in close cooperation with the client, 3E also provided knowledge transfer to the AIB's technical team, equipping them with the foundational expertise needed for future PV system development.
