LGM Delivers Large Scale Real Estate Marketing Model in Record Time with 3D Systems On Demand

LGM, a leading full-service architectural model shop, was contracted by East West Partners to produce a highly detailed, interactive 10‑ft by 4‑ft appearance model of Snowmass Base Village at a 1" = 16' scale. With the model required for the 2017 holiday season and subject to last-minute changes, LGM needed tight tolerances, large build capacity and rapid delivery to meet a very constrained timeline without sacrificing quality.

LGM outsourced SLA production to 3D Systems On Demand, printing roughly 250 parts with fine features (as small as 0.1 mm) and some pieces up to 20" x 18". The service provided easy online quoting, fast turnaround and ready‑to‑paint parts that integrated seamlessly into LGM’s finishing process, cutting final costs by about one‑third versus traditional methods and enabling on‑time delivery and successful project completion.
