DenMat, founded in 1974 to supply better dental materials, operates a high‑volume lab that produces orthodontic models, crowns, bridges and implant diagnostics. The team needed a reliable, precise and streamlined digital workflow that could handle large throughput while minimizing preparation and post‑processing time, material use and labor.

DenMat adopted the 3D Systems NextDent 5100 printer with NextDent Model 2.0 material and 3D Sprint software, using its auto‑stacking vertical build to automate part placement and supports. The one‑click workflow boosted output up to 4×, enabling production of 96 orthodontic models in an 8‑hour shift (25 models per platform in 2 hours 11 minutes) while reducing material consumption and labor costs.
