3D Printed Resort Pool Model Delivers Realistic Results from WhiteClouds

WhiteClouds, a 3D printing service bureau in Ogden, Utah, helps architects and designers convey projects where renderings fall short. Traditional physical models can take weeks or months to craft by hand, making it difficult to produce realistic, full-color representations quickly for client review.

Using a ProJet 660 with Color Jet Printing, WhiteClouds produced a 14‑inch resort pool model in just over five hours at 89‑micron layer resolution in full CMYK color. The print captured fine details—plants, chairs, tables and tile patterns—delivering fast, vivid results that let clients clearly visualize the proposed design.
