A 3Dflow Case Study
The Korean surveying company Koseco wanted to create a high-resolution 3D model of the historic Cheongnaru Pavilion for promotional purposes. To capture the intricate architectural details of the pavilion, Koseco used a drone equipped with a high-resolution camera and RTK technology, collecting approximately 3,600 images. They then turned to 3Dflow for photogrammetric processing to reconstruct the structure digitally.
Using 3DF Zephyr software from 3Dflow, Koseco processed the images to generate highly detailed outputs. The solution produced a dense point cloud of over 13 million points and a textured mesh of more than 20 million triangles, accurately capturing the pavilion's complex geometry and appearance without the need for ground control points. This provided Koseco with a perfect digital reference of the historic site for their clients.
